Prosper Loza
Prosper Loza was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. He grew up in the Washington Park neighborhood and has always been passionate about the city and state that he calls home. Prosper attended Denver East High School in City Park. During his time there, he founded Guardian Angels, a club at the school that was focused on serving the local community through clothing and food drives. After graduating, Prosper moved north to Boulder and attended the University of Colorado. He double majored in Advertising and Political Science and minored in Business from the Leeds School of Business.
From a very young age, Prosper’s mother encouraged him to travel, so after graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder, that’s exactly what he did. He obtained his TEFL license and moved to Thailand for 1 year to teach English to 5th-12th graders there. When he wasn’t teaching, he was exploring the gorgeous islands surrounding the area. Upon returning from Asia, Prosper started his own general contracting company, before once again packing his bags and heading to Columbia to teach English for 8 months.
When Prosper returned to Denver from Columbia, his passion for home and interior design drove him to get his real estate license. He loves helping his clients purchase such an important possession and enjoys working in the vibrant Denver market. Prosper picked the Downing Street Group because the group’s commitment to assisting clients in reaching their real estate goals matches his own.
Outside of real estate, Prosper volunteers for Luvin Arms Animal Sanctuary. The sanctuary is located in Erie, Colorado, and is a rescue for animals that were once in factory farms. Prosper can also be found playing golf, fly fishing, skiing, going to live music events, out on a lake, playing tennis, and exploring everything the Rocky Mountains have to offer.
