Isabel Saucedo was born and raised in Aurora, Colorado where she attended Aurora West College Preparatory Academy. Growing up in the Denver area, Isabel got the opportunity to learn and understand the Denver market from an early age.
Isabel chose this career to help her community gain generational wealth. She grew up in a community where people believed that owning a home was not an attainable dream. They rented, lived paycheck to paycheck, and could not get out of the cycle of poverty. A lot of these people continued this cycle not knowing that they had the potential to one day own their own home. Isabel saw this as an opportunity to help people and encourage them to start investing in themselves. She believes that buying a home is much more than a purchase, it is a life changing step that can begin your journey to a better life.
The Downing Street Group and their mission is what brought Isabel to Engel & Vӧlkers.
With the help of Robert Tait and his vision for his team, Isabel feels right at home with this dynamic group. Gaining business through making connections and being the go-to person for clients in any aspect of real estate is a huge part of this vision and what drew Isabel to this team. Downing Street Group is not a transaction based team, it is a team based on building connections and creating our team to be of value to our clients.
Isabel is unique in the way that she is fluent in Spanish. Understanding her clients and being able to break down that barrier is something that Isabel strives for and is happy to help the people in her community.
Isabel has a passion for helping out the HungerFree303 charity that helps provide meals to the hungry children in Colorado. Wherever Isabel can help out and show her support, she does. Being a Colorado native, Isabel loves all the things that this beautiful state has to offer. From the incredible mountains to the lively city, Isabel is excited to impact this city with everything she brings to the table.
